Responsável por atuar no processo de manutenção, realizando atividades de ajudante mecânico manutenção, auxiliando na execução de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas/equipamentos, entre outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na execução de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos, utilizando ferramentas apropriadas, interpretando instrumentos de medição e esquemas mecânicos, auxiliando na desmontagem e montagem de conjuntos de componentes, auxiliando no reparo, ajuste, regulagem e ou substituição de peças, para possibilitar dar as condições normais de funcionamento.Efetuar a lubrificação de máquinas e equipamentos, trocando ou repondo quantidades e materiais especificados (óleos e graxas), utilizando dispositivos apropriados, bem como, reparar e ou substituir componentes de circuitos de lubrificação. Identificar, requisitar ou solicitar a compras materiais e componentes (rolamentos, retentores, parafusos, correias e afins) necessários às atividades de manutenção, baseando-se em catálogos e especificações técnicas.Realizar trabalhos de solda elétrica e oxi acetilênica, em estruturas/peças metálicas (máquinas, ferramentas, suportes e afins), fazendo o ponteamento e a fixação total utilizando equipamentos e materiais apropriados (máquina de solda, eletrodos e outros).Operar eventualmente máquinas de usinagem, tais como: furadeira, rosqueadeira, serra e afins, regulando o equipamento de acordo com a operação desejada e acionando comandos apropriados, para efetuar ajustes em componentes e ferramentas e ou confeccionar peças de reposição utilizando materiais apropriados.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Realizar limpeza nas máquinas, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Efetuar de forma direta ou indireta, o registro de informações (horas empregadas, atividades realizadas,...) relacionadas a execução de manutenções corretivas/preventivas, para o Sistema de Gerenciamento de Informações de Manutenção.Auxiliar nas atividades de manutenção mecânica em dispositivos e ferramentas auxiliares ao processo produtivo.Auxiliar nas atividades de montagem e manutenção em tubulações de água, ar comprimido, etc...Executar outras tarefas correlatas as acima descritas, de acordo com solicitação dos superiores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução - Ensino Médio CompletoCursos Obrigatórios- NR-35: SEGURANÇA PARA TRABALHOS EM ALTURA**curso fornecido pela WEGHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Facilidade Trabalho em Equipe- Iniciativa- Organização- Relacionamento Interpessoal- Senso Crítico (Conseq Erros)Conhecimentos Específicos - Mecânica Básico- Informática Intermediário- Leitura Interpretação Desenho Mecânico- Sistema Qualidade WEG- Eletricidade Básico- Ajuste de Usinagem Avançado- Mecânica Industrial Avançado- Solda Elétrica/Oxiacetilênica- Elementos Máquinas Aplicação Mecânica Básico- Lubrificação Industrial Básico- Programa Conservação Equipamentos PCE- Equipamento/Ferramenta Aplicação Manutenção Mecânica Industrial
