Responsável por atuar no processo de manutenção, realizando atividades de mecânico manutenção, executando atividades de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos de menor complexidade e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos, e tubulações diversas de menor complexidade (nível 1), utilizando ferramentas apropriadas, interpretando instrumentos de medição e esquemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos, para desmontar e montar conjuntos de componentes, reparar, ajustar, regular e ou substituir peças, para possibilitar dar as condições normais de funcionamento.Eventualmente auxiliar em atividades diversas de manutenção de rede e de água, e também outras relacionadas a manutenção predial.Efetuar a lubrificação de máquinas e equipamentos, trocando ou repondo quantidades e materiais especificados (óleos e graxas), utilizando dispositivos apropriados, bem como, reparar e ou substituir componentes de circuitos de lubrificação. Elaborar croquis/desenhos de peças de máquinas e ou equipamentos, utilizando aplicativos informatizados apropriados e ou prancheta, objetivando encaminhar para confecção ou conserto (internamente ou externamente).Identificar, requisitar ou solicitar a compras materiais e componentes (rolamentos, retentores, parafusos, correias e afins) necessários às atividades de manutenção, baseando-se em catálogos e especificações técnicas.Realizar trabalhos auxiliares de solda elétrica e oxi acetilênica, em estruturas/peças metálicas (máquinas, ferramentas, suportes e afins), fazendo o ponteamento e a fixação total utilizando equipamentos e materiais apropriados (máquina de solda, eletrodos e outros).Operar eventualmente máquinas de usinagem, tais como: furadeira, rosqueadeira, plaina, retifica, serra e afins, regulando o equipamento de acordo com a operação desejada e acionando comandos apropriados, para efetuar ajustes em componentes e ferramentas e ou confeccionar peças de reposição utilizando materiais apropriados.Efetuar de forma direta ou indireta, o registro de informações (horas empregadas, atividades realizadas,...) relacionadas a execução de manutenções corretivas/preventivas, para o Sistema de Gerenciamento de Informações de Manutenção.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos, freqüência de inspeção e o resultados esperado, conforme descrito nas normas operacionais, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessário os resultados obtidos.Realizar pequenas manutenções, reparos e limpeza em máquinas, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Executar as atividades de sua área tendo em vista aspectos de segurança, uma vez que realiza trabalhos em altura e espaço confinado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução - Ensino Médio Técnico CompletoCursos Obrigatórios (SERÃO REALIZADOS APÓS ADMISSÃO)- NR-11: OPERADOR DE EMPILHADEIRA EMBARCADA- NR-11: OPERADOR DE PONTE ROLANTE NÃO EMBARCADA- PROTEÇÃO RESPIRATÓRIA- NR-35: SEGURANÇA PARA TRABALHOS EM ALTURA- NR-33: SEGURANÇA E SAÚDE NOS TRABALHOS EM ESPAÇOS CONFINADOS - TRABALHADOR AUTORIZADO E VIGIA- NR-20: SEG.
