Responsável por executar atividades de análise relacionadas ao Programa de Proteção e Privacidade de Dados Pessoais, apoiando a implementação de requisitos regulatórios, avaliações de conformidade, elaboração de pareceres, mapeamentos de dados pessoais e iniciativas de adequação, contribuindo para a manutenção da conformidade com as legislações e diretrizes corporativas aplicáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e revisar políticas, normas e procedimentos relacionados à proteção e privacidade de dados pessoais.Analisar requisitos de privacidade e apoiar a revisão de contratos e instrumentos jurídicos.Elaborar pareceres técnicos sobre temas de baixa complexidade relacionados à privacidade de dados.Desenvolver e atualizar indicadores e relatórios relacionados ao Programa de Privacidade.Executar avaliações de impacto à proteção de dados pessoais (DPIA) de baixa complexidade.Executar avaliações de legítimo interesse (LIA) de baixa complexidade.Elaborar recomendações e acompanhar planos de ação relacionados à privacidade de dados.Elaborar materiais de treinamento e conscientização sobre proteção e privacidade de dados pessoais.Realizar mapeamentos de dados pessoais e análises de GAP em processos de baixa complexidade.Monitorar alterações regulatórias e apoiar a atualização dos controles e requisitos de privacidade.Apoiar as áreas de negócio na aplicação dos princípios de Privacy by Design e Privacy by Default.Participar da análise de incidentes envolvendo dados pessoais e apoiar as ações de tratamento.Apoiar avaliações relacionadas à proteção e privacidade de dados em processos de aquisição e integração de empresas.Participar de projetos de adequação à privacidade de dados pessoais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Superior completo em DireitoExperiência com Privacidade e Proteção de Dados Pessoais, Compliance ou áreas relacionadasREQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS: Inglês intermediário Espanhol intermediário Medidas Técnicas e Organizacionais para Proteção de Dados Pessoais
