Responsável por atuar no processo de montagem de motores elétricos, realizando atividades de montagem completa de motores, incluindo acessorios e componentes, operar prensa e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMONTADOR MOTORES Montar produtos de linha (motores) acoplando os componentes e acessórios (rotor/eixo, estator bobinado, tampas, hastes, polia, etc..) montando-os com dispositivos e equipamentos apropriados, seguindo conforme solicitado no Desenho do Produto e ou orientações recebidas.-----OP PRENSA PEQUENO PORTE Preparar máquina (prensa), efetuando a troca, regulagens, ajustes e lubrificação de ferramentas, dispositivos e acessórios centradores, ferramental de estampo), regulando avanço e rotação, conforme ordens de fabricação.Operar a máquina (prensa), acionando mecanismos de comando e introduzindo a matéria-prima nos ferramentais a fim de repuxar, cortar estampar e furar bem como lubrificar as partes móveis da ferramenta, e o material a ser processado, quando se fizer necessário, visando a qualidade e durabilidade dos ferramentais.-----MONTAR ANEIS E ARRUELAS Selecionar anéis a serem preparados conforme Lista de Materiais, observando a colocação de graxa, gaveta para saída da graxa, molas e retentor(quando necessário).-----Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos, freqüência de inspeção e o resultados esperado, conforme descrito nas normas operacionais, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessário os resultados obtidos.Realizar limpeza e conservação de máquinas, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Executar outras tarefas correlatas com as acima descritas, de acordo com a solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução (Desejável)- Ensino Fundamental CompletoHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Agilidade Manual- OrganizaçãoConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Leitura Interpretação Instrumentos Medição- Leitura Interpretação Desenho
