Responsável por atuar no processo de manutenção, realizando atividades de manutenção elétrica de alta complexidade (nível 3) preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações industriais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de manutenção elétrica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos de maior complexidade (nível 3), utilizando ferramentas apropriadas, interpretando instrumentos de medição esquemas e diagramas de circuitos elétricos, para executar a desmontagem, reparo, regulagem, ajuste e montagem conjuntos de componentes e ou substituição peças, a fim de manter as condições normais de funcionamento. Desmontar e montar painéis elétricos, tendo de reparar, ajustar, regular e ou substituir (componentes eletromagnéticos e elétricos, fios lâmpadas e outros), fazer inspeção em cabines de força, instalar telefones.Elaborar diagramas elétricos de equipamentos e ou painéis elétricos de alta complexidade (nível 3), utilizando aplicativos informatizados apropriados e ou prancheta, objetivando encaminhar para confecção ou conserto (internamente ou externamente).Programar e instalar CLPs, acionamentos (inversores de frequência, soft-starters, servo drives), IHMs, CPUs, controladores e medidores de alta complexidade, realizando retrofit/reforma de tecnologias obsoletas, mantendo o perfeito funcionamento de máquinas e equipamentos e garantindo o atendimento às normas regulamentadoras de segurança aplicáveis (NR10, NR12, etc).Acompanhar técnicos externos nas atividades de instalação e manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos, verificando instruções de funcionamento, dispositivos de segurança como, orientar aos usuários o funcionamento (máquinas e equipamentos).Auxiliar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de melhorias eletroeletrônicas em máquinas e equipamentos, com base na análise do processo, estudo de literaturas e contatos fornecedores.Identificar e requisitar materiais e componentes (botões, contatores, relés, painéis, disjuntores e afins) necessários às atividades de manutenção, baseando-se em catálogos e especificações técnicas.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros técnicos estabelecidos e o resultado esperado, conforme descrito em especificações afins, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessário os resultados obtidos.Realizar limpeza nos painéis elétricos, cabines de força, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução (Desejável)- Ensino Médio Técnico CompletoCursos Obrigatórios- NR-10: SEGURANÇA EM INSTALAÇÕES E SERVIÇOS EM ELETRICIDADE- NR-10: COMPLEMENTAR (SEP)- NR-35: SEGURANÇA PARA TRABALHOS EM ALTURA- NR-18: OPERADOR DE PEMTFormação Escolar (Desejável)- TÉCNICO ELÉTRICA- TÉCNICO ELETRÔNICA- TÉCNICO ELETROTÉCNICA- TÉCNICO AUTOMAÇÃO INDUSTRIALHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Iniciativa- Organização- Detalhista- Relacionamento Interpessoal- ResponsabilidadeConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Informática Intermediário- Eletrônica Avançado- Equipamento/Ferramenta Aplicação Manutenção Elétrica Industrial Básico- Programa Conservação Equipamentos PCE- Componente Eletro-Eletrônico (Aplicação Indústrial)- Instrumentos de Medição Aplicação Eletronica Industrial- Leitura Interpretação Desenho Elétrico Eletrônico- Hidráulica/Pneumática Básico- Fundamentos Eletricidade
