Responsável por auxiliar em atividades diversas de expedição de produtos, carregando e descarregando produtos/materiais, separando produtos/materiais, conferindo produtos/materiais, transportando produtos/materiais, colocando produtos nas embalagens, organizando os produtos/materiais e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColocar produtos nas embalagens conforme características do produto e forma de transporte.Conferir (sob orientação) produtos e materiais recebidos das áreas produtivas e assistência técnica, verificando o volume, os itens e outras características definidas em fichas apropriadas (mão-de-obra/apontamento, mercadorias de exportação e de assistência técnica), bem como, devolver as fichas às áreas emitentes, com o registro das quantidades recebidas.Compor (sob orientação) pedidos de mercadorias conforme definido em ordens de embarque ou mapas de preparação, retirando os produtos e quantidades especificadas do depósito, para posterior identificação e preparação do lote.Fazer a identificação do cliente nas embalagens/caixas dos produtos, utilizando pincel ou etiquetas apropriadas, bem como, dispor quando necessário, os produtos em plataformas móveis (palets), fixando-os com fitas de aço e estruturas de madeira, para posterior liberação da carga.Auxiliar na verificação das necessidades de materiais para montagem de embalagens, conforme programação de despacho de mercadorias, emitindo e encaminhando requisição às áreas fornecedoras (Almoxarifado e Embalagem), para fins de suprimento.Realizar (sob orientação) a conferência dos volumes e itens de produtos no estoque (contagem cíclica), verificando a conformidade/acuracidade entre os dados contábeis (sistema de estoque) e físicos, bem como, avaliar as condições visuais dos produtos no depósito, solicitando se necessário, a manutenção dos mesmos.Acompanhar a entrada e saída de veículos para entrega e retirada de produtos/equipamentos de clientes.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos, freqüência de inspeção e os resultados esperados, conforme descrito nas normas operacionais, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessários os resultados obtidos.Realizar pequenas manutenções, reparos e limpeza em máquinas e equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Executar outras tarefas correlatas as acima descritas, de acordo com a solicitação dos superiores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução (Desejável)- Ensino Fundamental CompletoCursos Obrigatórios- NR-11: OPERADOR DE PONTE ROLANTE NÃO EMBARCADA- NR-35: SEGURANÇA PARA TRABALHOS EM ALTURA- NR-11: OPERADOR DE EMPILHADEIRA NÃO EMBARCADA
