Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de estudos/projetos de normas, voltados para adequação ergonômica, EPI's, alterações de lay-out, máquinas, dispositivos, ferramentas, móveis ou processos, propondo alterativas para a redução de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, de acordo com aspectos internos e legais e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e propor normas e sistemas para programas de segurança e higiene do trabalho.Desenvolver estudos/projetos e propor alternativas para prevenção de acidentes de trabalho e doenças ocupacionais (fadiga; LER - Lesão por Esforço Repetido); alteração lay-out; adequação ergonômica e adaptação dos recursos técnicos e humanos, avaliando em loco as inadequações em máquinas, dispositivos, ferramentas, móveis ou processos, conforme normas e legislação vigente.Definir e aplicar plano de assessoramento periódico, visando suprir dúvidas relativas quanto a utilização de EPI's e demais medidas preventivas.Acompanhar a identificação, o estudo, as avaliações e o monitoramento de agentes químicos, físicos, biológicos, mecânicos e ergonomicos presentes nos locais de trabalhoEstabelecer e acompanhar Programa de Monitoramento Periódico de Agentes Físicos, Químicos e Biológicos.Acompanhar a elaboração e manutenção do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) e Laudo Técnico de Condições Ambientais do Trabalho (LTCAT)Treinar e acompanhar técnicos de segurança em atividades especificas nas áreas de atuação.Levantar e avaliar áreas insalubres e periculosas, obedecendo a critérios da legislação em vigor.Promover ações de caráter preventivo, através de programas e ferramentas que reduzam condições de risco e estimulem o comportamento seguro e formação da cultura de segurança.Realizar avaliação e monitoramento das legislações de saúde e segurança aplicáveis à WEG.Emitir relatórios técnicos referente à reclamatórias trabalhista e acompanhar perícias trabalhistas no parque fabril.Acompanhar auditorias e vistorias de clientes, órgãos certificadores e fiscalizadores no que se refere à atendimentos legais de Segurança do Trabalho.Coordenar testes com equipamentos de proteção individual, observando normas que regem seu uso, os tipos ideais para cada atividade, visando sua real eficácia na proteção do colaborador.Ministrar cursos e coordenar palestras e campanhas educativas sobre ergonomia e prevenção de acidentes.Executar outras tarefas correlatas as acima descritas, conforme solicitação de seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificações Formação Escolar (Obrigatório)- ENSINO SUPERIOR COMPLETO EM ENGENHARIA - ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM ENGENHARIA DE SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHOTurno de Trabalho:- Administrativo (07:30 às 17:18)Habilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Facilidade Trabalho em Equipe- Facilidade Comunicação- Persuasão- Capacidade de Ensinar/Aprender- Capacidade Analítica- Liderança- Dinamismo- Fluência Verbal/Escrita- Capacidade de DecisãoConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Informática Intermediário- Dispositivos Segurança Máquinas/Equipamento- Sistema Gestão Ambiental/Segurança/Saúde Ocupacional- Legislação Trabalhista/Previdênciaria/Segurança/Medicina- Curso Especialização Engenharia Segurança TrabalhoIdiomas (Desejável)- INGLÊS INTERMEDIÁRIOInformações adicionaisDepartamento administrativoSeção Medicina e Segurança do trabalho Turno administrativo
