Então, confira esta oportunidade e #VemProUOL!No UOL todas as pessoas são bem-vindas😊, sem distinção de gênero, orientação sexual, etnia, cultura, religião, deficiência etc. O importante é você gostar de desafios, trabalhar bem em equipe, vivenciar nossa cultura e nossa missão de conectar cada brasileiro e brasileira ao seu universo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão de projetos relacionados à Reforma Tributária, acompanhando todas as etapas, desde a iniciação até o encerramento.Planejar, estruturar e acompanhar cronogramas, planos de ação e entregas dos projetos.Conduzir projetos multidisciplinares, considerando a interação entre áreas de negócio e Tecnologia.Monitorar o andamento dos projetos, identificando riscos, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria.Elaborar e acompanhar status reports e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento dos projetos.Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores relacionados à evolução e aos resultados dos projetos.Conduzir o acompanhamento das entregas e dos prazos junto aos stakeholders.Utilizar metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos, considerando abordagens ágeis, tradicionais e/ou híbridas.Utilizar ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como ServiceNow e Jira.Elaborar análises e materiais para apoiar a tomada de decisão ao longo dos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada, de no mínimo 5 anos, com gestão de projetos.Experiência em projetos relacionados à Reforma Tributária.Experiência na condução de projetos multidisciplinares, com interação entre áreas de negócio e Tecnologia.Experiência em todas as etapas do ciclo de projetos, incluindo iniciação, planejamento, execução, monitoramento e encerramento.Conhecimento em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos, como PMI (PMBOK), Scrum, Kanban e/ou metodologias híbridas.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como ServiceNow e Jira.Experiência na elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas, status reports, apresentações executivas e planos de ação. Será considerado um diferencial:Certificações em gestão de projetos, como PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master ou SAFe.Conhecimento em gestão de mudanças organizacionais (Change Management).Experiência com OKRs ou gestão por indicadores.Experiência em projetos de transformação digital, integração de sistemas ou compliance regulatório, especialmente no segmento bancário.Conhecimento em Power BI para acompanhamento de indicadores.
