Tus desafíos y contribuciones incluyen:Coordinar, definir y ejecutar la estrategia legal para soportar los objetivos de la Compañía a través de soluciones legales innovadoras.Identificar, señalar y mitigar los riesgos que se identifiquen en la operación de la Compañía en relación con las áreas a su cargo.Defender los intereses de la Compañía frente a los requerimientos de los particulares, Entidades Públicas, Judiciales y Autoridades de Control.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Cumplimiento de la CompañíaRequisitos y calificacionesRequisitos y calificacionesFormación: Profesional en Derecho, con posgrado en Comercio exterior, aduanas o afines. Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia.
