Trabalhar oportunidades inbound, outbound, parceiros, eventos e cross-sell. Realizar prospecção ativa em contas estratégicas, em conjunto com BDRs. Construir planos de conta, mapas de stakeholders e hipóteses de valor. Atuar em redes sociais, eventos e employee advocacy para gerar autoridade e conversas.Discovery e venda Challenger

Conduzir diagnóstico com SPIN, BANT/BAT e critérios de compra. Mapear situação, problema, implicações, necessidade, orçamento, decisores e timing. Ensinar o cliente sobre os custos e riscos do status quo. Adaptar a conversa ao setor, maturidade e papel de cada stakeholder. Confrontar premissas improdutivas com respeito e evidências. Confirmar entendimento, interesse, riscos e critérios de decisão.

Challenger Sales na prática

Teach: levar o cliente a reconhecer por que campanhas isoladas, busca externa como estratégia central e processos manuais limitam escala e previsibilidade. Tailor: conectar o Buzzcreators ao caso de uso, operação, metas e linguagem de cada stakeholder. Take Control: orientar orçamento, próximos passos e processo de decisão sem agressividade, mas sem deixar a negociação no vácuo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em vendas B2B consultivas; Histórico de fechamento de SaaS, tecnologia ou soluções complexas.Domínio prático de Challenger Sales ou metodologia consultiva equivalente.Experiência com discovery, demonstração, proposta, negociação e fechamento.Capacidade de navegar múltiplos stakeholders e ciclos mais longos.Disciplina de CRM, forecast e gestão de pipeline.Comunicação executiva, storytelling e segurança em apresentações.Proatividade para prospectar e criar oportunidades.Disponibilidade para eventos e encontros presenciais em São Paulo.Informações adicionais DiferenciaisExperiência em martech, adtech, social media, influencer marketing ou e-commerce. Venda para Marketing, Mídia, Comunicação, Growth ou agências. Vivência com receita recorrente, MRR, ARR e expansão de contas. Produção de conteúdo B2B, webinars ou participação como palestrante.
