Nossas soluções permitem que dados e aplicações estejam disponíveis e acessíveis de uma forma simples, segura e unificada, ajudando empresas e pessoas a revolucionar o trabalho.Se você gosta de vender e bater suas metas, e quer uma oportunidade para crescer profissionalmente e se destacar, venha fazer parte do nosso Time!Queremos crescer ainda mais no mercado, e você como Vendedor estará em nossa linha de frente!Você será responsável por criar, manter e prever o pipeline de vendas, adquirir novos clientes, fechar novos negócios e trabalhar em conjunto com todo o Time. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar prospecções ativa de clientes para conquistar novos contratos e atingir suas metas;Executar o ciclo de vendas de acordo com a metodologia de venda de soluções B2B utilizada pela companhia;Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver oportunidades de vendas;Realizar diagnósticos, demonstrações e apresentações de propostas comerciais dos produtos e serviços da Populos e de seus parceiros de negócios;Ser consultivo: isso significa entender as necessidades e dores que trouxeram o lead até nossa empresa para oferecer a solução adequada;Realizar previsões de vendas, através do gerenciamento do pipeline e forecast para atingir suas metas;Gerir e manter atualizado o CRM e o seu funil de vendas;Fazer follow-ups nas oportunidades de negócios, até o fechamento das propostas;Realizar a gestão de sua carteira de contas, de forma a garantir um elevado nível de satisfação do cliente;Se engajar constantemente em programas de treinamento e certificações para capacitação contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em vendas consultivas B2B de produtos e soluções de TI, tendo como alvo clientes de médio e grande porte;Conhecimento de funil de vendas, etapas e impactos de cada fase no processo de evolução das oportunidades comerciais;Previsibilidade de resultados e facilidade em lidar com suas metas e indicadores;Bons conhecimentos em uso de Excel e Powerpoint;Experiência na utilização de softwares de CRM;Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;Boa capacidade de persuasão e argumentação;Disponibilidade para viagens;CNH;E que tenha foco consultivo: trabalhamos com vendas relacionais, ou seja, é preciso conhecer e se preocupar com o sucesso de nossos clientes em primeiro lugar.E será ótimo se você ainda tiver:Graduação superior;Bom nível de inglês;Experiência em vendas de produtos e/ou serviços de TI.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Prestador de Serviço
