Responsabilidades e atribuições● Gerenciar e manter a infraestrutura física de Datacenter (Servidores Bare Metal, Storages, Switches e Racks);● Administrar ambientes Linux e Windows Server, realizando manutenções, atualizações e ajustes de performance;● Gerenciar Identidade e Acessos (Active Directory, RADIUS, SSO);● Operar e otimizar ambientes de virtualização (KVM), realizando migrações e gestão de recursos;● Gerenciar rotinas de Backup e Disaster Recovery, garantindo a integridade dos dados e realizando testes periódicos de restauração;● Configurar e manter ativos de rede (Switches, Roteadores e Access Points), gerenciando VLANs, rotas e ACLs;● Administrar regras de Firewall, VPNs (Client-to-Site e Site-to-Site) e monitorar sistemas de detecção de intrusão (IDS/IPS); ●Manter a conectividade estável através de túneis VPN (Site-to-Site), gerenciar links de internet com redundância e apoiar na administração/troubleshooting de circuitos dedicados (L2L e MPLS) junto às operadoras de telecomunicação;● Monitorar o desempenho da rede, analisando métricas de tráfego e corrigindo gargalos para garantir a estabilidade;● Auxiliar na implementação de protocolos de roteamento dinâmico (OSPF, BGP) conforme a necessidade da arquitetura;● Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na arquitetura atual e propor novas tecnologias;● Manter a documentação técnica atualizada (topologias de rede, manuais de configuração e inventário);● Atuar como nível 2 e 3 para suporte técnico, solucionando falhas complexas e documentando as causas raiz (Post-mortem).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em administração de servidores Linux e Windows.Conhecimento profundo em Redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Roteamento).Experiência com Firewalls (Fortinet, pfSense, Cisco ou similares).Domínio de ferramentas de virtualização.Conhecimento em protocolos de criptografia e certificados digitais.Habilidade em ferramentas de monitoramento (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG ou similares).Domínio em sistemas de autenticação de usuários (Active Directory, Ldap). Inglês Avançado: conversação técnica para interações com clientes e fornecedores.
