Missão do Cargo: Prestação de serviços de suporte remoto e ou presencial visando implementar e manter o ambiente em plena operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o uso de recursos computacionais da plataforma de servidores, de forma integrada à gerência de redes, assegurando disponibilidade e desempenho adequado;Instalar e configurar sistemas operacionais Linux, seus componentes e serviços, incluindo ambientes de alta disponibilidade;Diagnosticar e solucionar incidentes e problemas em sistemas operacionais e serviços críticos, garantindo continuidade em cenários de alta disponibilidade;Atualizar ambientes operacionais aplicando correções e patches liberados pelos fabricantes;Definir e estruturar recursos a serem acessados nos servidores (pastas, compartilhamentos, permissões);Estabelecer nomenclatura e organização de usuários e grupos de acordo com políticas de segurança;Realizar configuração básica e suporte em soluções de filtro de conteúdo (proxy);Executar configuração básica e suporte em soluções de monitoramento de infraestrutura;Participar de projetos, fornecendo informações técnicas sobre dimensionamento e características de servidores, seus componentes e softwares;Elaborar documentação técnica e artigos internos sobre boas práticas de utilização e administração da plataforma Linux em ambientes de alta disponibilidade;Prestar suporte a problemas relacionados ao hardware e sistemas operacionais de servidores;Realizar configuração básica e suporte em soluções de firewall e IPS;Acompanhar chamados técnicos junto a fornecedores para resolução de problemas complexos relacionados à plataforma Linux;Realizar prospecção de soluções e elaborar especificações técnicas para subsidiar análises e decisões relacionadas à infraestrutura de servidores LinuxRequisitos e qualificaçõesESCOLARIDADE Superior Completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI). EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL Comprovar, através de registros na Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social ou de declaração de instituição pública ou privada onde já tenha trabalhado, possuir experiência mínima de 05 (cinco) anos na especialidade citada, em ambientes corporativos críticos e com alta disponibilidade. CERTIFICAÇÕES/CURSOS/TREINAMENTOS Treinamento ITIL V4, com carga horária de no mínimo de 12 (doze) horas. Certificação oficial ITIL 4 Foundation ou superiorCertificação LPIC-3 ou Red Hat Certified System Engineer (RHCSE) Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde ou Unimed (de acordo com a disponibilidade do local);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição Alelo; Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Vale transporte;Convênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Totalpass;Plataforma de educação interna;Kit Bem-vindo ao mundo bebê;Plataforma Moodar(Plataforma para Terapia com valores diferenciados para colaboradores Lanlink).
