Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, te convidamos a dar início à sua Hero's Journey com a gente 🤩Quem são os #SuperHeroes que buscamos?Com a missão de transformar o mercado de crédito, estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Consultivo & Compliance para fortalecer o time Jurídico da SuperSim.A posição terá uma atuação transversal e próxima às diferentes áreas do negócio, apoiando temas jurídicos que vão desde a negociação de contratos do dia a dia e estratégicos até frentes de societário, compliance, proteção de dados, propriedade intelectual, mercado de capitais e regulatório bancário.Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, flexível e aberto a um ambiente dinâmico, que possa ganhar autonomia progressivamente e contribuir para o amadurecimento da frente consultiva do Jurídico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNegociar e revisar contratos variados, desde demandas do dia a dia até contratos estratégicos, alinhando os aspectos jurídicos com as áreas internas;Atuar em demandas consultivas relacionadas a societário, compliance, proteção de dados, propriedade intelectual e mercado de capitais, incluindo FIDCs;Apoiar temas relacionados ao regulatório bancário e ao fortalecimento de políticas e controles internos;Contribuir para a evolução das práticas de compliance da empresa;Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial para apoiar e otimizar atividades jurídicas, incluindo a revisão de contratos;Interagir de forma próxima com áreas como Financeiro, Gente & Gestão, Marketing e demais times que demandem suporte jurídico;Atuar de forma colaborativa com a liderança e com o restante do time Jurídico, assumindo progressivamente maior autonomia nas entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Direito;Experiência profissional compatível com uma posição de nível Pleno/Sênior, com atuação consolidada em negociação e revisão de contratos variados;Experiência prévia em regulatório bancário e/ou compliance;Inglês para leitura e escrita;Perfil analítico, com capacidade de avaliar diferentes cenários e apoiar as áreas na tomada de decisão;Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação a mudanças e prioridades;Facilidade para atuar de forma transversal e construir boas relações com diferentes áreas da empresa;Abertura para utilização de inteligência artificial aplicada às rotinas jurídicas.Desejáveis:Experiência com proteção de dados e LGPD;Conhecimento em propriedade intelectual;Experiência ou conhecimento em mercado de capitais, especialmente FIDCs;Vivência anterior em fintechs, instituições financeiras ou ambientes de startup;Pós-graduação ou cursos complementares relacionados às áreas de atuação da posição.Informações adicionaisA posição possui modelo de trabalho híbrido em São Paulo e fará parte de um time Jurídico enxuto, com proximidade das diferentes áreas do negócio e acesso direto aos fundadores.O que te oferecemos aqui:Salário competitivo com o mercado, compatível com a senioridade do perfil;Bônus anual;SuperSim Flex: nossos benefícios são distribuídos em um programa de pontos e você pode escolher quais fazem mais sentido para você.
