A atuação será no contencioso e no consultivo, na modalidade de associado.✨ Venha inovar conosco e fazer parte de um time que preza por agilidade, diversidade e excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão e condução de processos em fase de cumprimento de sentença e execução;Analisar decisões judiciais, cálculos, obrigações de pagar e de fazer;Elaborar petições de cumprimento de sentença, impugnações, manifestações e demais peças processuais relacionadas à fase de execução;Acompanhar prazos processuais e movimentações dos processos;Analisar e conferir cálculos judiciais e valores apresentados pela parte contrária;Identificar inconsistências, excessos de execução e valores indevidos;Acompanhar depósitos judiciais, pagamentos, levantamentos e demais providências necessárias à regularização dos processos;Atuar na adoção de medidas para encerramento e baixa dos processos após o cumprimento da obrigação;Realizar interface com áreas internas e clientes para levantamento de informações e definição das estratégias de atuação;Alimentar e manter atualizados os sistemas jurídicos e controles internos;Atuar de forma estratégica na redução do passivo e na prevenção de novas contingências.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e registro ativo na OAB.Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade de argumentação.Conhecimento em ferramentas jurídicas.Experiência em escritório massificado.Conhecimento de processo civil e procedimentos de execução;Boa capacidade de análise de documentos, cálculos e prazos;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e autonomia na condução das demandas. Experiência em contencioso de massa;Experiência com sistemas jurídicos e gestão de grande volume de processos;Conhecimento em cálculos judiciais e análise de valores de condenação;
