Somos um escritório de advocacia empresarial, que se destaca pela maneira objetiva, correta, moderna e eficaz de solucionar problemas de assessoria legal ao cliente.Avaliamos e sugerimos o que é mais oportuno, inovador e necessário às empresas nacionais e internacionais, dando suporte a maximizaçãodos resultados, eliminação de burocracia, formalismos desnecessários, com geração de bases éticas, transparentes e responsáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO advogado será responsável por despachar publicações, realizar agendamento de prazos no sistema, analisar processos mais complexos, elaborar relatórios, solicitar obrigações ao cliente e cumprir prazos;Deverá ter vivência na elaboração de iniciais (monitória, execução, cobrança) defesas, reconvenção, recursos (Inominado, Apelação, Embargos de Declaração, RESP, REXT, Agravo Interno, Agravo nos Autos em RESP e REXT), manifestações simples e principalmente mais complexas.Desejável expertise em contencioso bancário e massificado - autor e réu, confecção de peças processuais, controle de prazos, e vivência na condução das ações abaixo:Banco Autor (ou Recuperação de Crédito): Destreza com Ações de Execução, Embargos à Execução, Monitória e Cobrança;Banco Autor (ou Ações Ativas): Renovatória de Locação, Revisional de Aluguel;Banco Réu (ou polo passivo): Ações Revisionais, Indenizatórias, Declaratórias, Prestação de Contas, Cautelares;Deverá ter vivência na condução de processos nas fases de conhecimento e de cumprimento de sentença ou liquidação de sentença;Será responsável por responder todos os questionamentos enviados pelo cliente via sistema interno e e-mail;Será responsável por atender demandas do cliente enviadas por planilha;Será responsável por conduzir os processos mais complexos e com providências urgentes solicitadas pelo cliente;Será responsável por impostar informações processuais no gerenciador de processos do Escritório.Será responsável por analisar autodispensa de recursos;Será responsável por elaborar todos os tipos de recursos e iniciais.Será responsável por solicitar cumprimento de obrigação de fazer e pagar;Será responsável por solicitar subsídios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesMínimo 03 anos de OAB de SP (não será considerada OAB de outro estado);Ter vivência em Escritórios, preferencialmente de contencioso massificado;Ter elaborado defesas e recursos;Conhecimentos mínimos em Pacote Office (Word e Excel) e Internet.Informações adicionaisCentrado;Boa escrita e oratória;Destreza em Juizado Especial Cível;Conhecimentos na área de contencioso bancário e direito do consumidor serão considerados como um diferencial;Código de Processo Civil de 2015 atualizado;Facilidade em lidar com volume de análises diárias;Comprometimento.
