Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Direito;OAB ativa;Experiência prática em processos judiciais e/ou administrativos;Conhecimento de legislação, jurisprudência e demais instrumentos jurídicos aplicáveis à área de atuação;Capacidade de análise processual e documental;Boa redação jurídica e comunicação oral e escrita;Organização e capacidade de gestão de prazos;Pensamento analítico e crítico;Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade;Bom relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Resiliência e capacidade de atuação em ambientes com alto volume de demandas.Para a posição Pleno, serão considerados diferenciais:Experiência na condução autônoma de processos judiciais e administrativos;Experiência com análise e mitigação de riscos jurídicos;Experiência na gestão de carteira e acompanhamento processual;Vivência com demandas de clientes corporativos;Experiência com elaboração e revisão de peças de maior complexidade;Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica na condução das demandas.

Informações adicionais Temos oportunidades para atuação em diferentes carteiras, incluindo Bancário e Consumer. O enquadramento entre Júnior e Pleno será realizado de acordo com a experiência, conhecimentos técnicos e nível de autonomia do profissional.
