Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assessoria jurídica consultiva às áreas internas da empresa, oferecendo orientações claras, objetivas e alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;Analisar e interpretar legislação, regulamentações e entendimentos jurídicos aplicáveis às operações da companhia; Elaborar pareceres, notas técnicas, análises jurídicas e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão; Identificar riscos jurídicos e propor alternativas para mitigação, considerando aspectos legais, regulatórios e comerciais; Apoiar as áreas de negócio na estruturação de projetos, produtos, serviços e novas iniciativas da companhia sob a perspectiva jurídica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito;OAB ativa e regular;Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Empresarial, Contratos, Direito Digital, Compliance, LGPD ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial; Experiência na área jurídica consultiva, preferencialmente em empresas, departamentos jurídicos ou escritórios de advocacia de médio/grande porte; Vivência na interface direta com áreas de negócio e clientes internos;Desejável experiência prévia em Secondment ou atuação junto a departamentos jurídicos internos;Experiência no segmento de tecnologia, serviços digitais, SaaS, software ou empresas de tecnologia será um diferencial relevante.
