A LBCA é um escritório full service, formado por profissionais com atuação multidisciplinar, presente nas mais diversas áreas de atividade jurídica empresarial no Brasil.Você já pensou em fazer parte de uma equipe que conta com uma plataforma de tecnologia pioneira desenvolvida pela própria banca, que auxilia na administração de carteiras jurídicas e de todos os tipos de dados e documentos das empresas, possibilitando a avaliação de riscos, a tomada de decisões e a gestão estratégica de negócios?Se respondeu sim para todas estas perguntas, saiba que esta é a LBCA!Essa vaga é exclusiva para Advogado(a) – Direito Regulatório e AdministrativoLembre-se de candidatar-se a esta vaga e manter os dados do seu currículo sempre atualizados.Preencha o cadastro completo e de forma ampla, assim podemos analisar a fundo as suas experiências :)#VEMSERLBCA Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos administrativos e judiciais com foco em Direito Regulatório e Direito Administrativo.Elaborar petições, defesas, recursos, manifestações, pareceres e demais peças processuais de média e alta complexidade.Atuar em processos administrativos perante órgãos públicos, autarquias e entidades reguladoras.Realizar despachos, diligências e acompanhamentos junto a órgãos públicos para movimentação processual e esclarecimento de demandas.Participar de audiências, sustentações orais e reuniões estratégicas quando necessário.Definir e executar estratégias processuais alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes.Acompanhar e atualizar sistemas internos de controle processual e plataformas jurídicas dos clientes.Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes, participando de reuniões, alinhamentos e apresentações de resultados.Gerenciar e priorizar demandas, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade das entregas.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e operacionais para acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito com OAB ativa.Experiência consolidada em Direito Administrativo e/ou Direito Regulatório.Vivência na condução de processos administrativos e judiciais.Conhecimento sólido em Processo Civil.Experiência de atuação perante órgãos públicos, autarquias e entidades reguladoras, incluindo realização de despachos e diligências.Conhecimento de normas federais e procedimentos administrativos.Experiência com sistemas de acompanhamento processual internos e de clientes.Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office e Google Workspace (Docs e Sheets).Boa comunicação, organização, gestão de prazos, relacionamento com clientes e condução de reuniões.DiferenciaisPós-graduação em Processo Civil.Pós-graduação em Direito Administrativo e/ou Direito Regulatório.Conhecimento em sistemas de órgãos públicos e autarquias (Prefeituras, PROCON, ANTT, AGU, entre outros).Experiência prévia em setores regulados.Inglês intermediário.Informações adicionaisVR.Auxílio Remoto.Assistência Médica (coparticipativa).Auxílio Creche.Pagamento da anuidade da OAB.Convênio com SESC.
