Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Direito, com inscrição ativa e regular na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB);Experiência prévia ou vivência prática no acompanhamento de processos de contencioso cível;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com foco em Microsoft Excel para gestão e controle de relatórios operacionais;Excelente comunicação interpessoal e alta capacidade de organização para lidar com prazos judiciais e rotinas administrativas simultâneas.DiferenciaisVivência anterior no segmento de Telecomunicações, TI, Serviços Regulados ou em empresas de grande porte;Conhecimento prévio ou prática com a elaboração, revisão e controle de contratos corporativos;Familiaridade com sistemas ERP ou softwares específicos de gestão jurídica de processos.Perfil Comportamental DesejadoProatividade e forte senso de urgência, especialmente no tratamento de obrigações judiciais com prazos exíguos (liminares);Excelente articulação e dinamismo para buscar informações e subsídios com diferentes equipes da empresa;Organização exemplar e atenção extrema a detalhes para o cumprimento de prazos e controle financeiro de custas;Postura colaborativa e resolutiva para atuar como ponte entre os escritórios parceiros e as operações internas.
