Essa pessoa será responsável pelo acompanhamento de processos cíveis e trabalhistas, controle de prazos e interface com escritórios parceiros e áreas internas. Também apoiará a análise de processos, a elaboração de documentos jurídicos, a gestão de indicadores e contingências e a identificação de oportunidades de atuação preventiva.E aí, se identificou? Não hesite em se candidatar agora mesmo.Vem com a gente e faça parte desse time onde cada dia é uma deliciosa descoberta!Responsabilidades e atribuições Sob orientação da gerência de Contencioso, no dia a dia você será responsável por:Controlar prazos, audiências, perícias e movimentações da carteira de processos cíveis e trabalhistas, mantendo sistemas e controles atualizados;Acompanhar o trabalho dos escritórios parceiros, cobrando andamentos, conferindo peças protocoladas e encaminhando informações e documentos;Levantar, junto às áreas internas, os fatos, documentos e subsídios necessários à elaboração das defesas;Analisar e resumir petições iniciais, defesas, decisões e sentenças, sinalizando pontos de atenção à gerência de Contencioso;Comparecer a audiências, perícias e diligências, quando necessário;Minutar notificações, respostas, termos e demais documentos jurídicos, submetendo-os à revisão;Alimentar as bases de dados que sustentam os relatórios gerenciais, os indicadores e a classificação de contingências da área;Registrar temas recorrentes observados na carteira, contribuindo para a identificação de oportunidades de atuação preventiva.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB;Experiência de 1 a 3 anos em contencioso cível e/ou trabalhista, em escritório de advocacia ou departamento jurídico;Conhecimento sólido em Processo Civil e Processo do Trabalho (CPC e CLT), além de noções de Direito do Consumidor;Familiaridade com sistemas dos tribunais (PJe, e-SAJ, eproc e Projudi);Experiência com sistemas de gestão de processos jurídicos (ex.: Projuris, Legal One, Espaider ou similares);Boa redação jurídica e capacidade de síntese;Disponibilidade para comparecer a audiências, perícias e diligências.Qualificações desejáveisExperiência em departamento jurídico corporativo, preferencialmente nos segmentos de varejo, food service ou franquias;Vivência na gestão e no acompanhamento de escritórios terceirizados;Noções de classificação de risco e provisionamento de contingências (provável, possível e remota).
