O escritório JOSIANE AGUIAR ADVOCACIA é um escritório boutique especializado em Direito Imobiliário, com atuação em demandas estratégicas de regularização de imóveis, contratos, due diligence, leilões e procedimentos extrajudiciais e judiciais.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Júnior para atuar em modelo home office, com perfil técnico, organização e boa comunicação para conduzir frentes jurídicas variadas e apoiar o relacionamento com clientes ao longo de toda a jornada.

Informações da vaga

Cargo: Advogado(a) Imobiliarista Modelo de trabalho: Home office Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, em horário comercial e carga horária reduzida. Remuneração: R$2.300,00 + comissões.

Principais responsabilidades

Conduzir procedimentos extrajudiciais de retificação, desmembramento, usucapião/adjudicação extrajudicial, lavratura de escrituras, due diligence imobiliária e outros. Elaborar minutas contratuais, pareceres jurídicos e petições relacionadas a usucapião, adjudicação compulsória, ações possessórias, inventário e outras demandas correlatas. Acompanhar processos judiciais em geral, incluindo participação em audiências quando necessário. Atuar no acompanhamento de leilões judiciais e extrajudiciais em todas as etapas. Realizar atendimento a clientes e suporte no pós-venda, garantindo clareza, alinhamento e boa experiência.

OAB ativa e regular.

Requisitos técnicos

Conhecimento em Direito Imobiliário. Vivência com regularização de imóveis (usucapião, adjudicação compulsória, dentre outras), contratos, due diligence imobiliária, inventários, leilões judiciais e extrajudiciais e procedimentos extrajudiciais. Elaboração de peças processuais, minutas e pareceres jurídicos. Capacidade de acompanhamento de processos judiciais, realização de audiências e sustentações orais.

Diferenciais

Experiência prévia com demandas imobiliárias. Vivência em cartório de notas ou registro de imóveis.

Competências comportamentais

Organização e atenção aos detalhes. Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade. Postura ética e profissional Capacidade de análise e raciocínio estratégico; Perfil analítico, colaborativo e orientado(a) ao cliente.
