Acompanhar projetos de lei, propostas legislativas, atos normativos e demais temas; Monitorar e analisar movimentações do âmbito legislativo e regulatório; Realizar pesquisas e análises jurídicas; Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e materiais; Contribuir para o mapeamento de risco e oportunidades relacionados ao ambiente regulatório e legislativo; Apoiar o time em demandas e projetos estratégicos.

Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação completa em Direito Inglês fluente

Experiência em acompanhamento de processos legislativos e/ou regulatórios;

Experiência com elaboração de pesquisas, análises e documentos jurídicos relacionados a alterações legislativas e regulatórias;Vivência em órgãos públicos, agências reguladoras, escritórios com atuação em infraestrutura ou concessões, assessorias parlamentares ou áreas de Relgov;Experiência ou conhecimento em Direito Público, Administrativo ou Regulatório;Experiência com temas de Relgov, legislação e regulação será um diferencial.
