Responsabilidades e atribuições Recepcionar e analisar novos processos, identificando informações relevantes e providências necessárias;Elaborar relatórios e controles relacionados aos processos, especialmente em casos de maior complexidade;Analisar pautas de julgamento e identificar processos que demandem providências específicas, incluindo sustentação oral;Conferir documentos e informações necessários à elaboração de defesas e manifestações;Identificar e sinalizar inconsistências ou irregularidades nas solicitações de documentos;Apoiar o controle da pauta de defesas e a organização de reuniões prévias;Realizar pesquisas de jurisprudência, doutrina e artigos jurídicos para subsidiar a elaboração de peças e estratégias processuais;Elaborar defesas e manifestações, com orientação da equipe, e realizar protocolos no sistema PJe;Revisar peças processuais por meio de checklists e critérios previamente estabelecidos;Acompanhar e cumprir prazos processuais, incluindo razões finais, especificação de provas, manifestações sobre tutelas e demais providências;Apoiar a conferência, junto à Controladoria, dos cadastros, providências e defesas registradas nos sistemas internos e do cliente;Apoiar a análise e o acompanhamento do risco processual dos casos sob sua responsabilidade;Atualizar planilhas, sistemas internos e controles do cliente, garantindo a consistência das informações;Realizar atualizações e ajustes no sistema Looplex, conforme as necessidades da área;Apoiar reuniões prévias com clientes, audiências e sessões de julgamento, conforme orientação da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Direito;OAB ativa;Experiência anterior em contencioso trabalhista;Conhecimento de processo do trabalho e legislação trabalhista;Conhecimento do sistema PJe;
