Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área Jurídica da PETRONAS, com foco na gestão de contratos comerciais, suporte à gestão de processos em geral, inclusive trabalhistas e atendimento às demais demandas jurídicas das áreas internas da empresaModelo da Posição: Pessoa JurídicaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar contratos comerciais, realizando análise, revisão e acompanhamento das demandas;Administrar a carteira de processos judiciais, acompanhando o andamento dos casos junto aos escritórios de advocacia parceiros;Atuar como parceiro das áreas internas (RH, Marketing, Comercial, Compras, Financeiro e outras), prestando suporte jurídico em contratos, processos e demais assuntos relacionados ao negócio;Participar de reuniões com clientes internos e escritórios externos para alinhamento de demandas;Acompanhar diligências, prazos e pendências, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos internos;Elaborar controles, relatórios e documentos relacionados às atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito, com OAB ativa;Experiência em análise, revisão e gestão de contratos comerciais;Vivência no acompanhamento de processos trabalhistas e interface com escritórios externos;Inglês intermediário a avançado;Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com foco em Microsoft Word.REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEISConhecimento em DocuSign - CLM;Conhecimento em Microsoft Copilot;Conhecimento em Direito Imobiliário;Possuir CNPJ ativo.Informações adicionais📍 LOCALIDADE DA VAGA: Contagem/MGTIPO DA VAGA: PJ 🏘️ REGIME DE TRABALHO: híbrido – 3x presencial. ⏳ ETAPAS DO PROCESSO SELETIVO:Análise dos currículos recebidos;Etapa de entrevista com o RH;Etapa de entrevistas com a liderança;Feedback aos candidatos.
