Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Pl para atuar na gestão do contencioso da companhia, sendo o principal ponto de contato com escritórios externos e as áreas internas envolvidas. A posição terá papel relevante no acompanhamento da carteira, organização das informações processuais, obtenção de subsídios junto às áreas responsáveis e análise dos riscos envolvidos, contribuindo para uma gestão mais estruturada e estratégica do contencioso.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesRealizar a gestão da carteira de processos judiciais e administrativos, acompanhando prazos, movimentações relevantes, estratégias e providências junto aos escritórios externos;Atuar como ponto focal entre os escritórios parceiros e as áreas internas da companhia, coordenando a obtenção de documentos, informações e subsídios necessários às defesas;Analisar os processos sob a perspectiva do negócio, buscando compreender os fatos, impactos, riscos e possíveis desdobramentos para a companhia;Acompanhar e revisar as classificações de risco, valores envolvidos e prognósticos dos processos, garantindo consistência e atualização das informações;Revisar relatórios e bases de contencioso, assegurando qualidade e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas nos reportes internos;Apoiar a definição de estratégias processuais e de negociação, submetendo temas relevantes à liderança jurídica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação superior em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB;Experiência prévia com contencioso cível empresarial;Experiência na gestão de escritórios externos e carteira de processos.Informações adicionaisBenefícios e Vantagens
