Grupo SEB contrata Advogado(a) Pleno – Contratos e Consultivo Empresarial, para atuar na Sede Administrativa em São Paulo/SP.🚀 Faça parte do Grupo SEB!Somos um dos maiores grupos educacionais do país, com foco em inovação, excelência e impacto positivo na sociedade.Venha conhecer o Grupo: https://www.sebsa.com.br/Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar, negociar e gerenciar contratos de baixa, média e alta complexidade, incluindo contratos comerciais, prestação de serviços, fornecimento, tecnologia, licenciamento, franquias e parcerias estratégicas.Prestar consultoria jurídica às áreas internas, apoiando a estruturação de operações e mitigando riscos jurídicos.Elaborar pareceres, memorandos e orientações jurídicas relacionados ao Direito Contratual, Empresarial, Consumerista e Franquias.Realizar análises de riscos contratuais, propondo soluções preventivas e alinhadas às necessidades do negócio.Acompanhar alterações legislativas e jurisprudenciais, avaliando seus impactos para a empresa.Atuar em parceria com as áreas de negócio, oferecendo suporte jurídico estratégico e orientado à tomada de decisão.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos jurídicos, incluindo iniciativas de inovação, tecnologia e inteligência artificial aplicada ao Direito.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito.Inscrição ativa na OAB.Experiência sólida (3 a 6 anos) em Direito Contratual, Consultivo Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.Vivência na elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos empresariais de baixa, média e alta complexidade.Conhecimento em Direito Contratual Empresarial, Direito do Consumidor, Direito de Franquias e LGPD.Experiência em análise e mitigação de riscos jurídicos, elaboração de pareceres e consultoria às áreas de negócio.Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de contratos (CLM) e gestão de processos jurídicos.Conhecimento em ferramentas de pesquisa jurídica e acompanhamento legislativo e jurisprudencial.Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao Direito (como ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot ou similares) será considerada um diferencial.Inglês avançado ou fluente será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: Segunda a Quinta 08:00 às 18:00 hrs / Sexta 08:00 às 17:00 hrs;Modalidade: Presencial - atuar na Sede Administrativa.
