A DAL BOSCO ADVOGADOS busca Advogado(a) Pleno ou Sênior para atuar em contencioso cível e bancário, com foco na defesa de clientes em demandas contra bancos, cooperativas de crédito e outras instituições financeiras.

📍 Local: Moinhos de Vento, Porto Alegre/RS\ 🏢 Modelo de trabalho: Presencial\ 🤝 Vínculo: Advogado(a) Associado(a)\ 💰 Remuneração: Compatível com a posição, a combinar

Principais responsabilidades

Conduzir e acompanhar processos cíveis e bancários; Definir estratégias e teses jurídicas para os casos sob sua responsabilidade; Elaborar e revisar petições, manifestações e recursos; Atuar em ações revisionais, busca e apreensão, execuções e outras demandas bancárias; Orientar, acompanhar e revisar o trabalho da equipe de estagiários; Organizar prazos, tarefas e fluxos jurídicos; Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação para aprimorar a produtividade e a qualidade do trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB; Experiência compatível com o nível Pleno ou Sênior em contencioso cível; Experiência em demandas contra bancos, cooperativas de crédito ou outras instituições financeiras; Domínio de Direito Civil e Processo Civil; Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade de elaborar e revisar peças e recursos; Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação aplicadas à rotina jurídica.

Competências comportamentais

Autonomia e responsabilidade na condução dos casos; Organização e atenção à gestão de prazos; Capacidade de análise, definição de estratégias e resolução de problemas; Comunicação clara e habilidade para orientar e revisar o trabalho de estagiários; Interesse em melhoria de processos e uso responsável da tecnologia na advocacia.

Diferenciais

Mais de cinco anos de experiência para atuação no nível Sênior; Pós-graduação em Processo Civil, Direito Civil, Direito Empresarial ou Direito Bancário; Experiência na gestão de estagiários ou equipe jurídica; Conhecimento de contratos e operações bancárias.
