A posição está vinculada ao escritório de São Paulo, mas abrange candidaturas das unidades do Rio de Janeiro ou Brasília, conforme a localidade do candidato.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação em contencioso trabalhista estratégico, incluindo elaboração de peças processuais complexas, definição de estratégias e condução de audiências e participação em sessões de julgamento;Gestão de carteira de processos relevantes, com visão analítica de risco e impacto para o cliente;Atuação consultiva estratégicas em questões trabalhistas e sindicais;Assistência especializada ao departamento de recursos humanos em questões trabalhistas operacionais;Atuação em auditorias legais (due diligence) no contexto de operações de M&A e mercado de capitais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito, com inscrição ativa na OAB;Mínimo de 5 anos de formado;Experiência relevante em contencioso trabalhista estratégico;Experiência em consultoria trabalhista;Experiência em due diligence trabalhista em M&A e/ou operações de mercado de capitais será considerada um diferencial;Inglês avançado ou fluente.Informações adicionaisAcreditamos que nosso ativo mais valioso são as pessoas.
