Nosso cliente é uma empresa de tecnologia especializada em dados biométricos, com operações de venda de produtos para públicos internos e externos no Brasil, Peru e Chile, em expansão para a Ásia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar contratos com foco estratégico e de negócio, atividade que deverá ocupar cerca de 90% da atuação na posição;Elaborar minutas contratuais e conduzir negociações, apoiando as áreas envolvidas na definição de condições comerciais e jurídicas;Atuar inicialmente na análise de contratos de fornecedores, ampliando gradualmente a atuação para outras frentes contratuais à medida que desenvolver conhecimento sobre a estratégia do negócio;Atender às demandas contratuais das áreas de vendas e compras, incluindo os contratos de fornecedores centralizados pelo time de compras;Participar eventualmente de reuniões com clientes internos e externos, especialmente para apoiar negociações contratuais que estejam travadas;Realizar análises contratuais sob a perspectiva de privacidade e LGPD, acionando o time especializado para questões de maior complexidade técnica;Utilizar sistema para gestão de contratos e controle de prazos;;Analisar contratos submetidos às jurisdições do Brasil, Peru e Chile, seguindo o modelo estruturado da companhia e contando com apoio de escritório externo para dúvidas específicas;Adaptar e reescrever minutas contratuais com agilidade diante de mudanças em produtos e estratégias de negócio;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Direito com registro ativo na OAB;Inglês fluente;Experiência em jurídico corporativo interno, com vivência no atendimento às demandas e à dinâmica de uma empresa;Conhecimento básico de privacidade e LGPD aplicado à análise de contratos, com capacidade de identificar temas que demandem o acionamento do time especializado;Perfil estratégico e orientado ao negócio, com capacidade de equilibrar a análise jurídica às necessidades comerciais e de produto;Capacidade de adaptação a mudanças rápidas, com agilidade para revisar documentos contratuais diante de alterações no produto ou no negócio.
