Nosso cliente é uma associação privada, sem fins lucrativos, integrante do Sistema Financeiro Nacional, com atuação relevante para a estabilidade do mercado financeiro brasileiro. Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Sênior com sólida experiência em contratos empresariais complexos, excelente capacidade de redação e negociação, visão de negócio e segurança para conduzir temas de alta relevância e responsabilidade. A posição está localizada em São Paulo e segue modelo híbrido, com três dias presenciais e dois dias de home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar e negociar contratos empresariais e instrumentos financeiros de maior complexidade;Atuar na estruturação de instrumentos relacionados a operações financeiras, garantias, direitos creditórios, obrigações e mecanismos de suporte financeiro;Participar da elaboração e negociação de documentos relacionados a operações de assistência financeira e liquidez, reestruturações e repactuações contratuais;Elaborar e revisar instrumentos de dívida, garantias, cessões de direitos e créditos, acordos, termos, aditivos e demais documentos relacionados às operações da instituição;Apoiar juridicamente operações envolvendo reestruturações societárias, aquisição ou transferência de ativos e direitos creditórios e outras estruturas financeiras complexas;Analisar riscos jurídicos, interpretar cláusulas contratuais e propor alternativas que conciliem segurança jurídica e necessidades do negócio;Assessorar diferentes áreas internas na negociação, execução e acompanhamento de contratos;Desenvolver, revisar e padronizar modelos e documentos contratuais, contribuindo para o aprimoramento dos processos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Direito e OAB ativa;Experiência profissional compatível com uma posição sênior, preferencialmente com 10 anos ou mais de formação;Experiência sólida na elaboração e negociação de contratos empresariais complexos;Vivência com contratos financeiros, operações estruturadas, garantias, instrumentos de dívida ou operações envolvendo instituições financeiras será bastante valorizada;Experiência em instituições financeiras, mercado financeiro, escritórios com prática bancária/financeira ou empresas com contratos de alta complexidade será diferencial;Excelente capacidade de redação jurídica, análise e negociação;Inglês avançado será considerado diferencial.Informações adicionaisProfissional maduro, autônomo e seguro para conduzir negociações e temas complexos;Perfil prático, com boa leitura de riscos e capacidade de propor soluções;Excelente interlocução e facilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;Organização, atenção a detalhes e alto padrão de qualidade na elaboração de documentos;Interesse por temas sofisticados e pelo ambiente do mercado financeiro.
