Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Sênior com sólida experiência em Direito Regulatório no setor de energia, com atuação estratégica e forte vivência em contencioso judicial e administrativo. Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, visão de negócio, excelente capacidade técnica e experiência na condução de demandas complexas relacionadas ao ambiente regulatório do mercado de energia elétrica.Principais Responsabilidades:Atuação em contencioso estratégico judicial e administrativo envolvendo temas regulatórios do setor elétrico;Elaboração de peças processuais complexas, recursos, memoriais, sustentações e pareceres jurídicos;Acompanhamento e gestão de processos relacionados à regulação do setor de energia perante agências reguladoras, especialmente ANEEL, CCEE, ONS e demais órgãos competentes;Assessoria jurídica consultiva e preventiva às áreas internas da empresa;Análise e interpretação de normas regulatórias, resoluções, contratos e procedimentos do setor elétrico;Atuação em demandas relacionadas a geração, transmissão, distribuição e comercialização de energia;Gestão de escritórios terceirizados e acompanhamento de indicadores processuais;Participação em estratégias jurídicas voltadas à mitigação de riscos regulatórios e contenciosos;Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;Interface com clientes internos, diretoria e stakeholders estratégicos.Requisitos:Formação superior completa em Direito;Registro ativo na OAB;Experiência sólida como Advogado(a) Sênior em Direito Regulatório no setor de energia;Forte experiência em contencioso judicial e administrativo;Vivência prática com legislação e regulação do setor elétrico brasileiro;Conhecimento em processos perante ANEEL, CCEE e demais órgãos reguladores;Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade analítica;Perfil estratégico, organizado e com boa capacidade de negociação;Domínio do Pacote Office.Diferenciais:Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Regulatório, Direito da Energia, Direito Administrativo ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em escritórios de grande porte ou empresas do setor elétrico;Conhecimento em mercado livre de energia;Inglês avançado.Modelo de contrataçãoAtuação 100% presencial.Contratação na modalidade Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).É indispensável possuir ou ter disponibilidade para constituir Sociedade Individual de Advocacia, com emissão de Nota Fiscal.Informações adicionaisOs(as) interessados(as) deverão encaminhar o currículo informando a pretensão de honorários para o e-mail [email protected]
