Procuramos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência na área, visão de negócio e perfil consultivo, com reporte direto à Diretoria Jurídica.

Requisitos e qualificações Gerenciar o contencioso trabalhista, atuando em parceria com escritórios externos.Conduzir estratégias processuais, audiências, recursos, acordos e obrigações judiciais.Analisar riscos trabalhistas, pareceres jurídicos e cálculos relacionados aos processos.Prestar consultoria jurídica às áreas de negócios, RH e lideranças.Apoiar negociações coletivas e o relacionamento com sindicatos.Atuar em fiscalizações e demandas de órgãos reguladores e entidades públicas.Monitorar contingências trabalhistas, propondo ações para mitigação de riscos.Acompanhar alterações na legislação trabalhista e orientar as áreas quanto aos impactos e adequações necessárias.Executar atividades correlatas à função, conforme necessidade da área.
