Nosso cliente é uma das maiores plataformas integradas de gás natural do país, atuando em distribuição, comercialização e infraestrutura para impulsionar a transição energética.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em temas regulatórios estratégicos relacionados ao mercado de gás natural e demais segmentos regulados em que a companhia atua;Conduzir análises de riscos regulatórios, propondo estratégias preventivas para mitigação de impactos ao negócio;Apoiar a definição e execução das estratégias de participação em consultas públicas, revisões regulatórias e discussões junto às agências reguladoras;Elaborar pareceres, análises jurídicas e desenvolver teses relacionadas a temas regulatórios de alta complexidade e impacto para a companhia;Assessorar projetos estratégicos e novos negócios, prestando consultoria jurídica multidisciplinar e apoiando a estruturação de operações relevantes;Apoiar o mapeamento e desenvolvimento de oportunidades jurídicas relacionadas à Reforma Tributária, bem como acompanhar temas tributários críticos e de impacto transversal para as empresas do grupo;Atuar como ponto de integração entre as subsidiárias e áreas internas, garantindo alinhamento jurídico em temas regulatórios, tributários e estratégicos;Elaborar diretrizes, políticas e orientações jurídicas para padronização de temas transversais entre as empresas do grupo;Prestar consultoria jurídica consultiva em matérias regulatórias, tributárias, cíveis e trabalhistas, conforme a demanda das áreas de negócio;Manter interface constante com escritórios externos e diferentes stakeholders internos para condução de projetos e temas estratégicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Direito, com OAB ativa;Experiência consolidada em Direito Regulatório, preferencialmente em setores regulados como energia, infraestrutura, saneamento, óleo e gás ou utilities;Vivência no relacionamento com agências reguladoras, participação em consultas públicas e acompanhamento de processos regulatórios;Experiência na condução de assuntos estratégicos e de elevada complexidade, atuando com autonomia e visão de negócio;Conhecimento em Direito Tributário, especialmente em temas relacionados à Reforma Tributária, será considerado um diferencial;Experiência no setor de gás natural e/ou em empresas dos segmentos de energia, utilities ou infraestrutura será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento sobre regulamentação de mercados regulados, desenvolvimento de teses jurídicas e estruturação de projetos estratégicos;Perfil analítico, com excelente capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e influência.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido;Tempo de contrato: 10 (Dez) meses, com possibilidade de renovação ou internalização;Modelo de Contrato: Associado (OAB ativa);Linha de reporte: Gerente.
