Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação de desvios e riscos jurídicos, garantindo tratativa rápida e continuidade das operações. Se você acredita no poder da energia para transformar o mundo, vem fazer parte do nosso time. 💚 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSEU PAPEL NA COMBIO Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos comerciais de biomassa, compra e venda de ativos, arrendamento, prestação de serviços, fornecimento de insumos e logísticaNegociar diretamente com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros comerciaisAnalisar riscos jurídicos, regulatórios, ambientais e comerciais nas operaçõesPrestar assessoria em questões de direito ambiental, incluindo licenciamento, regularidade ambiental, obrigações socioambientais e gestão de passivosApoiar auditorias jurídicas (due diligence) em propriedades rurais, empresas e ativosAcompanhar alterações legislativas e regulatórias relevantes para o agronegócio e o meio ambienteAtuar preventivamente na solução de conflitos e apoiar áreas internas em decisões estratégicasDesenvolver e implementar políticas, modelos contratuais e procedimentos para padronização e eficiência jurídica
