Nosso cliente é uma grande multinacional brasileira do segmento de bens de consumo, reconhecida por sua forte atuação em cosméticos, inovação em produtos e compromisso com a sustentabilidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no consultivo tributário da companhia, com foco predominante em Tributos Indiretos, especialmente ICMS;Analisar e acompanhar Regimes Especiais de ICMS aplicáveis às operações da companhia;Elaborar petições e pedidos de renovação de Regimes Especiais junto aos Estados;Apoiar negociações e tratativas com autoridades fiscais estaduais relacionadas aos Regimes Especiais;Analisar cláusulas, condições e impactos tributários dos regimes aplicáveis às operações da companhia;Atender e responder às consultas tributárias recorrentes das diferentes áreas do negócio, orientando sobre o correto tratamento fiscal das operações;Avaliar riscos e impactos tributários relacionados a operações comerciais, fornecedores e diferentes modelos de negócio;Apoiar as áreas internas na interpretação e aplicação da legislação de ICMS às operações da companhia;Elaborar orientações, manifestações e petições administrativas relacionadas aos temas sob sua responsabilidade;Interagir com diferentes áreas e stakeholders internos, traduzindo questões tributárias em orientações práticas para o negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito;Experiência prévia em consultivo tributário, com atuação relevante em Tributos Indiretos;Sólido conhecimento técnico em ICMS; Vivência com Regimes Especiais de ICMS, incluindo análise, renovação e/ou negociação junto aos Estados;Experiência no atendimento de consultas tributárias e análise do tratamento fiscal de diferentes operações;Conhecimento da legislação estadual e capacidade de avaliar riscos e impactos tributários para o negócio;Conhecimentos em contencioso tributário administrativo serão considerados um diferencial;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Capacidade analítica e facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente;Facilidade de relacionamento e interação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders;Perfil hands-on, consultivo e com boa autonomia técnica.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (3 dias presenciais);Tempo de contrato: 12 (doze) meses, com possibilidade de renovação;Modelo de Contrato: Associado (OAB ativa);Linha de reporte:Gerência Tributária.
