Quem estamos buscandoBuscamos um(a) Advogado(a) de Contencioso Júnior para atuar na fase de conhecimento, com foco na elaboração e revisão de peças processuais, definição de estratégias de defesa e acompanhamento de processos.Se você busca acelerar seu desenvolvimento no contencioso e atuar em uma operação moderna e de grande volume, essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir a defesa da empresa na fase de conhecimento, garantindo produtividade e qualidade.Analisar petições iniciais e identificar o tema e a tese de defesa aplicável.Revisar e adaptar contestações geradas com apoio de Inteligência Artificial ao caso concreto.Elaborar estratégias de defesa considerando as particularidades de cada processo.Atuar em audiências de conciliação e instrução no JEC.Gerir sua carteira de processos, acompanhando prazos e indicadores de produtividade e qualidade.
