Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRevisar e elaborar minutas contratuais para negociações complexas, incluindo instrumentos de credenciamento médico (Master Agreements guarda-chuva), aditivos, distratos e acordos comerciais com operadoras de saúde e fornecedores estratégicos, avaliando riscos jurídicos e propondo alternativas que equilibrem segurança jurídica e viabilidade do negócio.Alinhar os procedimentos e práticas contratuais locais às regras de governança internacional da companhia, identificando gaps entre os modelos e fluxos utilizados no Brasil e os padrões corporativos globais, e conduzindo os ajustes necessários para garantir conformidade.Trabalhar em sintonia com a equipe de contratos para identificar temas e cláusulas que se tornaram recorrentes nas negociações, transformando, quando necessário, esses achados em templates formais, em um trabalho contínuo de melhoria, otimização, padronização e simplificação dos contratos da companhia.Conduzir negociações diretamente com contrapartes, jurídico externo, operadoras de saúde, fornecedores, se for o caso,  representando os interesses da companhia com autonomia, sem necessidade de supervisão técnica próxima.Apoiar a governança documental e contribuindo para iniciativas de conformidade, como a remediação de observações de auditoria relacionadas a arquivamento e aprovação de contratos.Atuar de forma consultiva junto a áreas internas diversas (Comercial, Procurement, Operações, TI, áreas internacionais de governança), interpretando as necessidades de cada área e os riscos jurídicos em linguagem clara e objetiva, acessível a interlocutores não-jurídicos, e construindo relacionamento e credibilidade técnica entre times com prioridades distintas.Gerenciar múltiplas demandas e prazos concorrentes com autonomia, priorizando entre negociações urgentes, alinhamento de governança e rotina contratual, e respondendo por entregas consistentes mesmo em contextos de alta pressão.Diferencial: possuir profundidade técnica, maturidade profissional para lidar com temas sensíveis, possuir escrita jurídica clara e objetiva, e capacidade de atuar com independência em um ambiente multidisciplinar e internacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Direito com OAB ativa.Especialização ou LL.M. em Contratos será considerado um diferencial.Sistema IronClad para gestão de contratos é diferencial.Capacidade de negociação e redação jurídica em português e inglês (inglês avançado é indispensável).Habilidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe multidisciplinar.Organização, pro atividade e habilidade para lidar com prazos desafiadores.Experiência prévia em setores regulados (saúde, financeiro ou infraestrutura).Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos? 📌Plano de Saúde: para cuidar do seu bem-estar e da sua família.
