Busca-se um(a) profissional proativo(a), organizado(a), responsável e disposto(a) a aprender, que tenha interesse em crescer junto à equipe e contribuir para os desafios e resultados da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação no contencioso cível, com acompanhamento de processos e cumprimento de prazos;Elaboração de petições, contestações, recursos e demais manifestações processuais;Participação em audiências e diligências;Análise de documentos e apoio na elaboração de pareceres e orientações jurídicas;Suporte às áreas internas da empresa em demandas de natureza cível;Atuação em demandas notariais e registrais, especialmente relacionadas a imóveis;Acompanhamento de procedimentos perante Cartórios de Registro de Imóveis, Tabelionatos e demais serventias extrajudiciais;Atualização dos sistemas e controles internos do setor jurídico;Apoio na análise de contratos e demais instrumentos jurídicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesInscrição ativa na OAB;Conhecimentos em Direito Civil, Processo Civil e Direito Notarial e Registral;Experiência ou conhecimento prático em Registro de Imóveis e procedimentos extrajudiciais;Familiaridade com sistemas processuais eletrônicos, como PJe, e-SAJ e similares;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Word e Excel;Boa redação jurídica, capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos prazos;Perfil proativo, responsável, colaborativo e com boa comunicação;Disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade das demandas jurídicas;Cursos de atualização e/ou pós-graduação nas áreas Cível, Processual Civil, Notarial e Registral ou Imobiliária serão considerados diferenciais.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde (Coparticipação);Seguro de vida (Coparticipação);Contrato CLT;Cesta natalidade.
