Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ FARÁ ASSUMINDO O CARGO

Gestão de Processos Judiciais: Acompanhar processos judiciais, especialmente relacionados à matéria imobiliária, garantindo o envio adequado e tempestivo das manifestações e a defesa dos interesses da empresa.Processos Administrativos: Acompanhar fiscalizações e processos administrativos junto ao PROCON, analisando notificações, reunindo subsídios e apoiando ações para mitigação de riscos.Gestão de Escritórios Externos: Controlar processos em conjunto com escritórios parceiros, garantindo a coleta de informações e o alinhamento com as áreas internas.Análise e Contingenciamento: Realizar triagem de documentos, análise de recursos e acompanhamento do contingenciamento da carteira de processos.Gestão de Informações: Atualizar sistemas, pastas, prazos e agendas do departamento, garantindo a organização e rastreabilidade das demandas.Suporte Administrativo: Apoiar as atividades administrativas e operacionais do departamento jurídico.Atividades Correlatas: Executar outras atividades relacionadas, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É ESSENCIAL PARA SE DESTACAR

Ensino superior completo em Direito, com inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).Desejável especialização cursando/completo em direito processual civil.Experiência profissional de 1 a 2 anos em funções jurídicas anteriores.Experiência no acompanhamento de ações judiciais cíveis, ativas e passivas, especialmente em matéria imobiliária, incluindo ações revisionais, renovatórias, de despejo e de cobrança, entre outrasDe 01 a 02 anos no cargo e de 01 a 02 anos em cargos anteriores na carreira.Desejável conhecimento com ações judiciais cíveis ativas e passivas, ações de cobrança e despejo.Se identificar com os nossos valores:T ransparênciaO rganizaçãoR espeitoR esiliênciaA gilidade
