A posição terá papel importante no fluxo de processos, desde a análise dos subsídios e elaboração de contestações até o acompanhamento da fase de conhecimento.Se você é organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes, gosta de tecnologia e tem facilidade para atuar com volume e prazos, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir o cadastro e validar os subsídios disponibilizados.Elaborar contestações e peças processuais da fase de conhecimento.Garantir a inclusão das teses obrigatórias do cliente.Cumprir e lançar prazos processuais nos sistemas internos.Inserir e atualizar fases, andamentos e documentos obrigatórios.Acompanhar os processos até a prolação da sentença.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito.OAB válida.Experiência em contencioso cível de massa.Conhecimento de Direito Processual Cível e Direito do Consumidor.Facilidade para utilizar sistemas de gestão jurídica e CRM.Pacote Office ou Google Workspace em nível intermediário.Informações adicionaisContratação: Associado.Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido.Local: Belo Horizonte/MG.Horário: segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h ou das 9h às 18h.Treinamento: no primeiro mês, atuação presencial de segunda a quinta e home office às sextas-feiras.Após o treinamento: presencial às quartas e quintas-feiras, com home office nos demais dias.💻 Equipamento: no primeiro mês, é necessário utilizar notebook próprio.
