Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) de Contratos – Comercial para atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, com foco em operações nacionais e internacionais, garantindo eficiência, excelência técnica, agilidade e visão estratégica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar e negociar contratos comerciais dos mais variados tipos (compra e venda, fornecimento, parcerias, termos de confidencialidade, entre outros);Atuar em contratos relacionados a destinação final de resíduos, coleta de resíduos, energia, gás e créditos de carbono;Apoiar a área comercial na estruturação jurídica de operações e negociações, inclusive com contrapartes estrangeiras; Identificar riscos contratuais e propor soluções objetivas e alinhadas ao negócio.Conduzir gestão de demandas baseada em KPIs e SLAs, garantindo previsibilidade, agilidade nas entregas e qualidade técnica nas entregas.Identificar riscos contratuais e propor soluções objetivas e alinhadas ao negócio;Prestar assessoria jurídica a projetos estratégicos;Interface constante com áreas internas, especialmente comercial. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito com OAB ativa;Experiência prévia com contratos comerciais, preferencialmente envolvendo setores de infraestrutura, energia ou resíduos;Conhecimento em contratos de gestão e destinação de resíduos, energia, gás e/ou créditos de carbono;Conhecimento regulatório nos temas correlatos (resíduos, energia, infraestrutura, gás, carbono);Capacidade de gerir volume de demandas com organização e foco em prazos (SLA);Inglês, com experiência em negociação e redação contratual;Perfil pragmático, responsivo e orientado ao negócio. Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Experiência com contratos internacionais ou cross-border;Vivência em empresas de médio/grande porte ou ambiente corporativo;Familiaridade com métricas de desempenho jurídico (KPIs);Experiência com automação, eficiência jurídica e CLM.O que esperamos desse perfil:Agilidade com qualidade técnica;Comunicação clara com áreas não jurídicas e stakeholders;Capacidade de priorização e gestão simultânea de demandas;Postura colaborativa, senso de dono e foco em solução.
