Atuar de forma integrada no suporte jurídico e de Compliance da Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans Brasil, assessorando as áreas de negócio na gestão de demandas judiciais e extrajudiciais, prevenção e mitigação de riscos, integridade, anticorrupção, gestão de terceiros, prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro e sanções.

Principais responsabilidades

Jurídico

Administrar ações judiciais cíveis, trabalhistas e tributárias, além de procedimentos extrajudiciais, incluindo Procon, notificações, provisões e garantias.Reportar e acompanhar ações de product liability junto à matriz.

Desenvolver estratégias de defesa e administrar o portfólio de demandas em conjunto com escritórios externos.

Compliance, Gestão de Riscos e Governança

Apoiar a implementação, monitoramento e aprimoramento do Programa de Compliance, promovendo a cultura de integridade por meio de treinamentos, comunicação e suporte às áreas internas, concessionários, fornecedores e parceiros de negócios. Conduzir processos de Due Diligence, análises de riscos reputacionais, incluindo temas relacionados à anticorrupção, AML, sanções, PEPs, conflitos de interesse, patrocínios etc. Elaborar pareceres, relatórios, indicadores e materiais de governança, acompanhando planos de ação decorrentes de avaliações de risco e requisitos regulatórios. Executar monitoramentos e controles internos, suporte a auditorias internas e externas e o acompanhamento de ações corretivas. Contribuir para iniciativas de gestão de riscos, incidentes, projetos e demais atividades de governança corporativa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Graduação completa em Direito e inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil. Experiência mínima de três anos em atividade jurídica, preferencialmente em departamento jurídico de empresa ou escritório de advocacia. Experiência ou conhecimento em Compliance, gestão de riscos, controles internos, auditoria ou áreas correlatas. Vivência em contencioso, Due Diligence, análise de riscos e temas de integridade. Conhecimentos em anticorrupção, AML, sanções e gestão de terceiros. Capacidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas, organizar prioridades e interagir com diferentes áreas do negócio. Inglês avançado ou fluente.

Diferenciais

Pós-graduação em Direito, Compliance, Governança, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas correlatas. Experiência no setor automotivo. Experiência com gestão de escritórios, fornecedores e parceiros de negócios. Conhecimento de softwares jurídicos, ferramentas de Due Diligence, monitoramento reputacional, Power BI e inteligência artificial.
