Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Pleno com atuação consolidada em Contratos, Contencioso e Direito Empresarial para integrar nossa equipe jurídica. Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência consultiva, visão estratégica e capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma e integrada com as demais áreas da empresa, oferecendo suporte técnico e contribuindo para a tomada de decisões jurídicas seguras e alinhadas ao negócio.

Se você tem PAIXÃO pelo que faz venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica nas áreas de direito contratual; Fazer a gestão de litígios e contencioso envolvendo a empresa, coordenando com advogados externos quando necessário;Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de estratégias de resolução alternativa de disputas e minimização de riscos jurídicos;Fornecer orientação jurídica estratégica para as diversas áreas da empresa, incluindo questões corporativas, trabalhistas e regulatórias;Auxiliar a gestão para que todas as operações e políticas da empresa estejam em conformidade com as leis e regulamentos aplicáveis;Monitorar e atualizar políticas internas para refletir mudanças na legislação e regulamentação;Revisar e negociar contratos com fornecedores, clientes e parceiros comerciais, garantindo proteção legal para a empresa;Atuar na propriedade intelectual da empresa, incluindo marcas registradas, patentes e segredos comerciais;Manter relacionamento com órgãos reguladores, associações de classe e outros stakeholders externos relevantes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).Desejável Pós graduação em Direito empresarial, contratual, processo civil ou trabalhista.Experiência em preventivo ou contencioso.Elaboração e revisão de contratos, consultoria jurídica estratégica, gestão de litígios, conformidade com leis nacionais e internacionais, due diligence legal, estruturação de operações societárias.Capacidade analítica e decisória.Visão estratégica e orientação para resultados.Adaptabilidade a um ambiente dinâmico e capacidade de priorizar múltiplas demandas.Espanhol intermediário.Inglês seria um diferencial.
