Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável por conduzir os processos de início ao fim; Atuará com foco em consultoria sobre regulamentação de instituições financeiras, instituições de pagamento e fintechs, dentre outras, e em transações envolvendo instituições reguladas, como M&As e IPOs;Participará da coordenação de atividades de outros advogados;

Autonomia para contato direto com clientes e condução dos trabalhos com apoio dos sêniores e sócios;
