Nossa equipe de Contencioso e Arbitragem representa clientes nacionais e estrangeiros em procedimentos judiciais em primeira e segunda instâncias, tanto na Justiça Estadual quanto Federal, e nos tribunais superiores, em procedimentos arbitrais ad hoc e sob as regras das principais instituições arbitrais brasileiras e internacionais.Nossa prática tem experiência com disputas envolvendo direito do consumidor, antitruste, direito bancário e financeiro, mercado de capitais, direito societário, direito dos contratos, infraestrutura (construção, mineração, energia e óleo e gás), contratos administrativos, marítimo, tecnologia da informação, seguros, ONGs, previdenciário, direito da sucessão, financiamento de projetos, imobiliário, telecomunicações, transações societárias (M&A), matéria ambiental, e disputas envolvendo companhias públicas e seus acionistas.Esta posição é para uma equipe que lida com disputas estratégicas, majoritariamente judiciais, com carteira de processos focada em temas relacionados ao mercado imobiliário e financeiro, envolvendo disputas contratuais, responsabilidade civil e recuperação de crédito. A equipe também atua na assessoria de clientes em fase pré-contenciosa e consultiva.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação na discussão dos mais diversos temas de direito civil e processual civil, com interface com relevantes players do mercado, com ênfase no mercado imobiliário e financeiro;Execução de ampla variedade de peças processuais, memorandos e pareceres;Participação de audiências, despachos com juízes e desembargadores e sustentações orais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Direito com OAB ativa;Experiência no contencioso cível estratégico, sobretudo com rotina de execução de peças processuais variadas e outros trabalhos consultivos (memorandos, pareceres) há, pelo menos, 4 anos, com perfil hands-on e autonomia na gestão da carteira de processos no dia a dia (controle de prazos, contato com cliente, sugestão de estratégia jurídica, análise de risco);Pós-graduação, LL.M e/ou especialização em áreas correlatas também será considerado um plus;Inglês fluente é imprescindível.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica Assistência Odontológica Seguro de Vida Previdência Privada Participação nos Resultados Vale Refeição Vale Transporte ou desconto em estacionamentoWellhub – plano de academias e bem-estarAnuidade OAB Licença parental estendida (180 dias para primeiro cuidador e 60 dias para segundo cuidador)Auxílio-creche ou babá – para filhos até 5 anos e 11 mesesSalão de belezaHub de parcerias
