Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a análise, revisão, elaboração e negociação de contratos empresariais diversos;Atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas internas, buscando compreender o contexto e a real necessidade do negócio antes de direcionar a solução jurídica;Avaliar criticamente as demandas recebidas, identificando riscos, pontos de atenção e oportunidades, bem como propondo alternativas jurídicas e negociais quando necessário;Atuar na gestão de alto volume de demandas contratuais, garantindo organização, autonomia e agilidade nos atendimentos;Atuar na revisão e negociação de contratos relacionados a prestação de serviços, marketing, patrocínios, compra e venda, educação, facilities, entre outros contratos corporativos;Interagir diretamente com diferentes stakeholders internos e externos, conduzindo as demandas de forma independente e garantindo o alinhamento das soluções às necessidades do negócio;Apoiar as áreas internas na interpretação e negociação de termos contratuais, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão e para a mitigação de riscos jurídicos;Identificar quando a demanda apresentada pela área interna necessita de maior aprofundamento, questionando premissas e propondo soluções mais adequadas ao contexto do banco.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Direito, com OAB ativa;Experiência sólida com contratos empresariais, incluindo elaboração, análise, revisão e negociação contratual;Vivência prática em contratos de prestação de serviços, marketing, patrocínios, compra e venda, educação, facilities e/ou contratos corporativos similares;Experiência prévia e autonomia para conduzir demandas contratuais de ponta a ponta;Perfil consultivo, com capacidade de compreender as necessidades do negócio e propor soluções jurídicas além da demanda inicialmente apresentada;Senso crítico e visão de negócio, com capacidade para questionar solicitações, identificar riscos e propor alternativas;Excelente comunicação e habilidade de articulação com diferentes stakeholders e áreas de negócio;Perfil dinâmico, proativo, hands-on e com facilidade para atuar em ambiente de alto volume e mudanças constantes;Maturidade profissional e capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia, buscando informações e soluções sem necessidade de acompanhamento próximo.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Presencial;Tempo de contrato: 06 (seis) meses, com possibilidade de renovação;Modelo de contrato: Associado (OAB ativa);Linha de reporte: Gerente Executiva.
