Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação em processos de recuperação crédito Bancário, desde a petição inicial até o encerramento;Elaboração de peças processuais, pareceres e relatórios jurídicos;Interface com clientes e partes envolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação completa em Direito com registro ativo na OAB;Experiência comprovada em recuperação de crédito bancário;Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade de negociação;Domínio de sistemas jurídicos e pacote Office.Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar com documentos, sistemas e controles .
