Nos comprometemos em construir uma cultura cada vez mais diversa e valorizamos a inclusão de todas as pessoas independente de cor, etnia, religião, idade, identidade de gênero, orientação sexual ou deficiência, promovendo um ambiente inclusivo e com equidade de oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar e garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de atendimento a clientes, incluindo passageiros, passageiros com necessidades especiais e autoridades governamentais.Atender passageiros em processos de check-in, embarque, desembarque, loja de passagens e restituição de bagagens.Acompanhar e fiscalizar contratos de terceiros, verificando execução, prazos e qualidade dos serviços.Controlar a validade da documentação (ATIV) da frota do aeródromo e vistoriar equipamentos e veículos que circulam no pátio.Vistoriar toda a infraestrutura aeroportuária e áreas comuns, prevenindo riscos e garantindo segurança operacional.Planejar e fiscalizar a alocação e movimentação de aeronaves nos pátios, garantindo a segurança das operações.Controlar o trânsito, estacionamento e permanência de aeronaves, veículos e equipamentos no pátio.Acompanhar embarques, desembarques e movimentações de bagagens e cargas, além de inspecionar viaturas e áreas operacionais.Impedir a circulação de veículos, equipamentos ou pessoas não autorizadas ou em desacordo com as normas de segurança.Executar procedimentos de segurança da aviação civil e gestão de crises conforme PSA, PLEM e PRAI.Apoiar credenciamento, tratamento de emergências e controle documental do Sistema de Resposta e Emergência Aeroportuária (SREA).Atuar em situações de emergência, apoiando ações do Corpo de Bombeiros e do Serviço Médico do aeródromo.Cumprir normas internas de segurança, saúde e compliance, além de operar veículos e equipamentos autorizados.Desempenhar função de compliance e antissuborno, conforme normas ABNT NBR ISO 37301 e ISO 37001.Cumprir e fazer cumprir normas e procedimentos da empresa, garantindo qualidade, segurança e respeito ao meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você:✅ Ensino médio completo;✅ CNH categoria B;✅ Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Você se destaca, se tiver:✅ CNH categoria D;✅ Conhecimento em Operações Aeroportuárias, Segurança da Aviação Civil e/ou Resposta a Emergência;✅ Curso AVSEC, Bombeiro de Aeródromo, SGSO, Atendimento ao Cliente ou Fiscal de Pátio e Pista.
