Fiscalizar as contratações realizadas pela manutenção para execução de serviços e fornecimento de materiais, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos, custos e qualidade estabelecidos, bem como a aderência aos projetos e especificações técnicas. Subsidiar a gestão da manutenção com informações referente a sua área de atuação para elaboração de relatórios técnicos e tomadas de decisão, identificando necessidades de reparos, melhorias e adequações. Garantir o correto registro das atividades de manutenção civil no software de gestão, conferindo e atestando as informações inseridas pela empresa contratada de manutenção civil. Assegurar o cumprimento da programação das atividades de manutenção civil elaboradas pelo PCM (Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção) através da correta execução das ordens de serviço. Certificar que os materiais fornecidos para execução de manutenções sejam aplicados de forma correta com transparência e rastreabilidade. Controlar o uso e conservação de equipamentos, ferramentas e materiais, solicitando reposição ou manutenção conforme necessário. Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos de manutenção civil, visando aumentar a eficiência e reduzir custos. Manter bom relacionamento e cordialidade com todos os setores da empresa, respeitando a diversidade, contribuindo para um ambiente harmonioso propício ao alcance dos resultados esperados pelo setor de manutenção.
